About Reunion ACK

A Massachusetts company, built around one island.

Reunion ACK LLC is a real estate rental company registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, based in Boston and operating exclusively on Nantucket (airport code ACK) — the reason for our name. We hold and manage a short list of large houses suited to reunions, milestone birthdays, and multi-generational trips, and we run every booking ourselves rather than handing it to a call center.

Every home in our portfolio is inspected, staffed, and stocked by our own team before a single guest arrives. No surprises, no subletting, no photos that lie.

STEP 02

We hold the house and send a lease

Reunion ACK LLC issues the rental agreement directly, with a deposit schedule and a clear cancellation policy — no third-party fees added on top.

STEP 03

We prep the house before you land

Beds made, kitchen stocked with the basics, beach chairs by the door. Our local team does a full walk-through the morning you arrive.

STEP 04

You gather. We stay close by.

A local number stays reachable for the length of your stay for anything the house needs — not an app, an actual person.
